Also, if you can write good, read and understand it, but hesitate to speak. Moreover,the only long term solution is to practice speaking in English. find a friend, find a collegue, find a spoken English partner or join conversation.

This experience happened in the classroom which my companions and teacher watched a movie very interesting for identify problem  that stay always in the society. American History X (1998) is a film people are often reluctant to discuss. A civil rights film it might be, though it might not find itself compared to films such as 12 Years a Slave. American History X takes a look at racism in a different light, from the perspective of a former neo-Nazi skinhead who is desperate to put his past behind him and protect his brother from following the same path.  This movie is very surprise because of diverses anything that happen during the life of Dere who is the main character.
